All Hano's products are being manufactured after your order.

Replacement or return is not allowed for simple change of mind other than the initial reason for defect.

Due to the nature of the tree, there may be patches and knots, and for vintage colors there may be slight tone differences, but this is not a defect.

Hano's products are all done manually, so there may be a slight error of 1-2mm. 

There may be some scratches in the process, but for those who are sensitive to this, please make a careful purchase decision.

나무의 특성 상 패치와 옹이가 있을 수 있으며, 빈티지 컬러의 경우 약간의 톤 차이가 있을 수 있으나, 이는 하자에 해당되지 않습니다.

하노의 모든 제품은 수작업으로 이뤄지기 때문에 1-2mm정도의 약간의 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 

그 과정 중 약간의 스크래치가 있을 수 있으나, 이에 예민하신 분들께서는 신중한 구매 결정 부탁드리겠습니다.
